I like to start by first assessing whether my services are the right option for your business and your objectives.

After an exploratory call, I will typically carry out a free analysis of your web properties and the competitive landscape.

From there I will present back the opportunity size and the options available to help you fully maximise growth.

Absolutely! I understand that every business is unique, and I always recommend tailoring services accordingly.

Yes, my preferred method of working with clients is a monthly retainer. This helps to ensure ongoing business development is aligned with a digital growth strategy.

I do also offer one-off consultancy on request.

After working for (and with) digital agencies in multiple roles throughout my career, I became increasingly frustrated by the agency model. This generally includes high pricing to sustain overheads and profits, high staff turnover, low campaign productivity and poor industry knowledge.

Often inexperienced agency staff are paid poorly and lumped with many clients to maximise profitability.

My aim with TKO DIGITAL is to do things differently:

  1. I will always be your main point of contact and the campaign lead. Your campaign won't be neglected or passed over to an inexperienced executive.
  2. I have years of first-hand experience helping brands win online. Most agency staff rely on theory and are lacking any hands-on experience.
  3. As a freelancer I have low overheads and charge half the rates of digital agencies, with a higher quality output.
  4. I only work with a limited number of clients at any one time. This helps to ensure your campaign gets the attention it needs from me.

Most digital agencies obscure their pricing and allocated resource to maximise profits from their clients.

I believe in transparency and value for money. Charging a fixed day rate of £625 is half the average day rate you'll typically pay for staff at UK digital agencies.

This rate allows me to pay for overheads and software subscriptions whilst maintaining the high levels of service I'm proud to offer.

I will suggest and look to allocate the number of days' support I think you'll need in order to meet your objectives.

I will only ever work on an SEO retainer with a minimum number of days allocated per month to make inroads in your industry. Any less and I won't have enough time to effect the changes required to make a difference.

Factors such as the competitiveness of your industry, business goals and the speed of implementation can all impact the rate of results.

My aim is to always prioritise activities with the greatest impact and return on investment.

With all that said, digital marketing is a long-term investment and can sometimes take 12 months+ to start noticing large-scale growth.

Yes, always. Despite me only working with a limited number of clients due to personal time constraints, I do work with a wider team of trusted consultants who can help me to offer enterprise-level campaigns.

In these instances I would recommend talking through your objectives and how I can help to facilitate your growth objectives with a scalable solution.
